Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
To ensure security and prevent fraud, some orders may require additional verification before shipment. If verification is required, our team will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and service availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (United States): 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase. International orders of $2,000 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout. International orders below $2,000 USD are charged shipping at checkout.
Shipping Address Policy
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. For security purposes, we may contact customers if the shipping address differs from the billing address or if additional verification is required.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, shipping addresses cannot be modified.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt of the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check the delivery location and contact shop@thebuyshop.la promptly with your order number. We will review the delivery record and coordinate with the carrier as appropriate. A carrier's delivery scan does not, by itself, remove any mandatory consumer rights or determine liability in every case.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, carrier, weather and customs delays may affect delivery estimates. We will communicate known delays and address cancellation, delivery and refund obligations as required by applicable law.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available for your address at checkout, orders of $2,000 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. International orders below $2,000 USD are charged shipping at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance or brokerage fees, including on orders that qualify for free shipping. The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, duties and taxes, measured in USD; checkout displays any conversion to your selected currency.
Free shipping covers the shipping charge only; import charges are not included. Any duties or taxes expressly collected at checkout are shown separately; other import charges are payable to the carrier or customs authority.
