Layaway Policy

We offer layaway payment options for select items. By choosing layaway, the customer agrees to the following terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the item.

  • The item will be reserved while payments are made according to the agreed schedule.

  • All layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If the layaway payment plan is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the order may be canceled and all payments made will be forfeited.

Items purchased through layaway will only be shipped after the full balance has been paid.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to request additional verification before processing certain orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so that we can review the issue.
